Connect an AI provider or local option when a tool asks for one.

Choose the provider you already use or a local option that Matrix supports.
Enter provider details in the setup area shown by the tool; Models-Cline is setup information, not a separate product.
Before sending a prompt, check which text or files may leave your device for that provider.

Plan software work and review each result.

Add the project folder you want Flow to work with and create a task with a clear result.
Start the task, watch its progress, and read any question before allowing more work.
When it finishes, inspect the output and continue with the Review guide before accepting changes.

Matrix keeps supported workspace information on your device, but connected providers follow their own data rules.
Before using a provider, check its settings and avoid sending secrets, private customer data, or files it does not need.
Use the Privacy page for website-data questions and the provider's policy for provider-data questions.

Compare the requested result with what the tool actually produced.
Inspect changed files, commands, sources, and links, then run the relevant checks.
Keep, revise, or reject the result; a completed tool run is not automatic approval.
